Hello, my name is Myisha Elliott and I'm a Licensed Master's Social Worker. I am dedicated to empowering individuals to take control of their mental health and reclaim their quality of life. My name is Ashley McKinney. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Kansas. My passions are Maternal Health & Wellness and Minority Mental Health. I have devoted over 5 years to the Mental Health Counseling field, working directly and indirectly with clients of different ages and backgrounds. I have helped to improve a variety of mental health issues, tailoring my approach to fit the unique and individual needs of each client.

DaKie is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker and has experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. DaKie utilizes interventions and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). DaKie is currently pursing his Play Therapy Certificate from Heartland Play Therapy Institute. DaKie received his bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a Psychology minor and his Masters in Clinical Social Work from the University of Kansas.

I don’t know when it happened but as a Christian wife and mother I invested much of my energy into making sure my husband and children were successful. I played by the rules of what a “virtuous woman” should be and lost track of the hopes and aspirations I had for my life. I even came to the place where I wasn’t sure who I was or the reason for which I was created. Was it too much to ask to for the things I wanted? Peace of mind with being my authentic self, the space to discover and live out the purpose and destiny for my life, and to tap into God's power to make a difference in the lives of other women walking a similar journey.

I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, a Licensed Masters Addiction Counselor, and a Certified Grief Informed professional. I have experience working with diverse individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. I also help people who may be facing other psychological difficulties such as grief / loss, addiction, and phase of life or adjustment issues (e.g. divorce, launching of children, empty nest, retirement, etc.). I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a default, but I'm willing to adjust to the client's needs and preferences.
