As individuals we are constantly creating ourselves and evolving through time. As a therapist, I aim to collaborate with clients and assist with driving a healthy narrative, relying on their own skills and strengths. I believe in providing a healthy, non-blaming, safe space for clients to process their thoughts and feelings and encourage personal growth.
Since 2017, I have worked with a variety of clients across a range of treatment issues including but not limited to: trauma, depression, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, substance use disorder, grief, and anger management. I have worked with clients as young as five years of age, however most of my clients have been adolescents and young adults.
Ultimately, therapy has the power to encourage, heal, and grow individuals in their everyday lives. The challenges that exist in life can sometimes be overwhelming. Making the choice to pursue therapy can be difficult, and yet, deserving.
