Skilled in topics such anxiety, self-esteem, self worth, weight related and body positivity, depression, grief, behavior modification, self harm behavior, communication skills. Minored in Intercultural Studies because I have a passion for working with a diverse group of people. In my practice I help clients realize what works for them in relation to their culture, beliefs, values, morals. Session cost is $25.00 per person per session.
