It is my hope to offer you, in our co-created work, an opportunity to find your light (your authentic self) and allow it to guide you. I am here to walk alongside you, to witness your journey, and to encourage your light to glow. If you are so inclined, come join me in an experience of introspection, discovery, and play. I have over 10 years of experience working with trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, immigration, identity formation, and the inner critic.

I work from a relational, strengths-based, and humanistic perspective. This means that I take all of you (body, mind, and spirit) into consideration when working to achieve your goals. I am passionate about caring for those working through perinatal experiences, as well as parenting.

I am thrilled and committed to working with all people. You are welcome and celebrated whatever culture, ethnicity, race, class, gender, sexual orientation, relationship configuration, or body you inhabit.
