I specialize in working with individuals with Mood and Adjustment Disorders, Grief/ Loss Issues, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD & Trauma. I utilize solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavior, music, narrative and EMDR therapy. I can assist you to get to the bottom of what might be causing some of the stressful and dysfunctional life challenges,
you may be experiencing in your daily life. I understand that change is not an easy process and does not feel comfortable. My job is to facilitate an environment of growth that motivates you to make meaningful changes to become the best version of you and identify what’s been standing in your way.
