I am focused on helping individuals and couples enhance their relationships with themselves and others. Each individual has the capacity to be loved, understood, and valued. This comes by first loving and understanding oneself, and then connecting with and understanding our partner.
I specialize in self-esteem work, partner-oriented counseling, trauma healing, and addiction recovery. I do this through self-empowerment, with an emphasis on principles and concepts taught through Terry Real's Relational Life Therapy. In addition, I use elements of Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
