I have a passion for providing support and treatment to individuals seeking help with managing and improving their mental health. I have more than 16 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in various mental health settings. My approach combines but is not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered, and/or solution focused therapy. I have worked with individuals with Anxiety (social, generalized),Bipolar & Depressive & Other Mood Disturbances, Adjustment Issues and Anger.
