I bring an eclectic approach of utilizing theory when practicing therapy. Some of the therapeutic modalities that I utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Techniques, Trauma Informed Care, Stages of Change Theory and Motivational Interviewing.
I have a strong background in addiction medicine and codependency. I have extensive experience working with individuals from all backgrounds and I am non- judgmental and accepting of all human beings.
