As humans our sense of self is shaped by old stories, the environment we grew up and live in, relationships, past traumas, impacted socio-political-economic and cultural influences, that may have clouded our vision of ourselves or who we want to be. My service as a therapist is to help you speak your truth. Find your way back to yourself. Reinvent, rediscover, tell and rewrite your story. Change is a moment by moment process.
I work relationally, somatically, with movement/dance, music, other elements of expressive arts. I believe in treating the whole person spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically. Vulnerability is key to connection but can be difficult to access when one has been hurt or has repeatedly experienced pain.
Your voice has the power to heal yourself and others. My hope is to guide you to the other side of pain, fears, doubt and anything else that holds you back.
