My name is Kalyn Liborio. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I take a Person-Centered approach to therapy. I pride myself on building relationships with my clients to help them feel comfortable as they work to become their best selves. In addition to using a Person-Centered approach, I also enjoy utilizing CBT and DBT. My specialties are anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, and specialities within the forensic population such as individuals on parole, probation or those adjusting to community re-entry after incarceration.
I have experience providing individual and group therapy, working with teens and adults in a wide variety of settings including outpatient, inpatient, group homes, crisis settings, and prisons. It takes a lot of courage to decide to begin therapy. I work hard to build a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients so they feel at ease during therapy.
