Sometimes life feels like a big Rubix cube in your brain that seems impossible to solve. That’s what I am here to help with! Everyone deserves a safe, judgement free, personal space to be able to unpack those thoughts and feelings and start to make sense of them. My passion is leading adults in how to heal from their trauma, whether it be from childhood or recent. I have experience in working with adults who struggle with trauma, anxiety, codependence, attachment difficulties, addictions, and personality disorders.
I have significant experience in working with survivors of domestic violence who are striving to rebuild their self-esteem and self-worth. I am trained in EMDR, but I use a wide variety of modalities that are tailored to your needs. I frequently use a mix of CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing all while keeping a trauma informed and strengths-based view.
