I work with people from all walks of life - from judges and attorneys to students and professors, to homemakers, business people, artists and many more.
I specialize in helping people with anxiety disorders, stress, life transitions, public speaking/performance anxiety, newly diagnosed medical conditions and chronic illness. I'm a Personal & Executive Coach and maintain an international private practice in coaching and speaking, conducting in-person and telehealth (video and phone) sessions.
I'm a Board-Certified Telemental Health Provider, Applied Positive Psychology practitioner, speaker, and a licensed Heal Your Life teacher. I'm a performing artist, a passionate writer, and hold a certificate in music therapy, and integrate music, sound and therapeutic writing into my work with interested clients.
