Do you find yourself getting stuck in the same cycles over and over despite your best efforts? Do you feel overwhelmed by your thoughts and emotions or unsure how to navigate them in the first place? I would be honored to come alongside you. I am passionate about helping those who struggle with anxiety, OCD, depression, and other life stressors and transitions.
I focus on using evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help my clients reach their goals. I also offer faith-based counseling for those who would like to integrate their Christian worldview and biblical principles into therapy.
