Hi! I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) based in Columbus, Ohio. I received my Masters from the University of Denver and my Undergraduate from THE Ohio State University. I have been practicing for 8 years. I work with a variety of clients with traumatic experiences, depression, anxiety, and overall emotional health needs and will work with you to make you feel safe and cared for.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us create a plan to help you in a way that works for you. I am very integrative and honest about the process.
