I would describe my approach to therapy as eclectic, drawing on a variety of approaches to best serve a client’s needs and goals. The approaches include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I believe that we can change the way we feel & act by changing the way we think.
I have over 15 years of experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, conduct related issues, ADHD, adjustment issues, relationship, and family issues. I am experienced in working with people ranging from early childhood to late adulthood and has developed a passion for working with teens.
I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership requiring mutual trust, respect, honesty, communication, and commitment to do the work.
