I take a client centered approach to therapy as you know yourself best. I integrate techniques and interventions from various theories in order to best treat clients and their issues. My background is in Marriage & Family Therapy, so I enjoy helping couples and families in addition to individuals.

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor and have been practicing for three years since graduating with my master's from the University of Akron in 2017. I have worked with couples, families, and individuals of all ages, addressing issues ranging from depression and anxiety, to substance abuse, to relational issues and communication skills.
