I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate Supervised by Robert Mullen, LPC-S. I received my degree from Dallas Baptist University in 2021. I have experience working with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma or are going through a life transition. I have evening availability on Sunday through Friday. EMDR sessions are available.
As your counselor, I aim to empower you to harness your strengths and transform your mindset and behaviors. Therapy is a journey we can all benefit from, including you.
