I have worked with a variety of client populations treating a variety of mental health needs including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder, and other trauma-related conditions. I am also trained in and qualified to provide Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy.
Having had my own experiences with life's turbulences and their impact on mental health, I can understand what it is like to feel like you're always fighting an invisible battle.
