In addition to this, I have experience working with a variety of other difficulties including anxiety, depression, and many more. I am a licensed professional counselor and nationally board-certified art therapist with years of experience providing eating disorder informed counseling at all levels of care.
My approach to therapy is client-centered and focused on your needs in the moment. I do this using both talk therapy and art therapy. Art therapy uses art-making and creative processing as a tool to explore and express. I prioritize a collaborative & personalized approach to counseling, as I believe it is the best way to get you to where you want to be.
