Helping individuals overcome difficult challenges in their lives and create meaning from those experiences has been my mission for the last decade. I strive to create a warm and safe space that fosters a strong, genuine, working therapeutic relationship. My clinical style is an integrative, collaborative, and strength-based approach to therapy. Some areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, addiction/recovery, trauma, life transitions, interpersonal relationship/romantic relationship problems, grief, coping skills, anxiety, and older adult mental health.
I received my clinical doctoral degree from William James College in Newton, MA, with a concentration in Military and Veteran Psychology. I've also worked within the context of Integrated Behavioral Health within Primary Care settings, college counseling centers, and in-home therapy settings.
Prior to pursuing higher education, I served in the United States Air Force as an enlisted Mental Health and Substance Abuse Technician. It is my sincerest privilege to work with you as you take on the endeavor of improving your quality of life.
