Hi, I’m Kalee! I’m passionate about working with individuals aged 14 and up, as well as families, through a compassionate, strengths-based, and trauma-informed lens. My approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, respect, and authenticity. I see the client-therapist relationship as a true partnership and collaborative process, and aim to create a safe and authentic space for healing while also having fun.
My specialties include treating eating disorders, substance abuse, complex trauma, and PTSD. Additionally I support clients with anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and self-esteem challenges. I draw heavily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
