Taking the first step towards a more fulfilling life is hard. A strong therapeutic relationship is among the most important factors in achieving lasting change. I view the therapeutic process as a safe and confidential process in which my clients and I work together to foster personal growth and increase self-awareness. My practice utilizes a collaborative approach to draw in those closest to you and most important in your recovery process. I am licensed to provide services to clients residing in New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and Virginia. All sessions are currently conducted via Telehealth.
My work is done through a systemic approach, understanding each client’s past experiences and how these lived experiences have shaped them into the person they are today. By understanding the history and evolution of maladaptive thoughts and behaviors we are able to work together to build upon coping skills to live a more fulfilled life.
My practice is specialized in treating preteens, adolescents, and adults struggling with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, OCD, and trauma. Trust and safety are valued and respected.
