Teen Dating 101
I am offering a group for teen girls in an effort to promote healthy dating . The group will be held virtually and commence once weekly starting in May 2023 (sign up by April 1st). Day and time will be determined based on participant's availability. Most insurances accepted and self-pay options are available. This group will consist of psychoeducation, identification of possible warning signs, boundary setting, how to leave a toxic relationship, and a safe space to share experiences and receive support and valuable feedback.
Mindful Meditation (via Zoom)
Life is hectic, but with meditation we can learn to ride the waves. The group will consist of guided meditations aimed at reducing stress, anxiety, sleep disturbances, and depression. The group will be held weekly (you can sign up on a weekly basis; you do not need to commit for a specific length of time) on Tuesdays at 6:30pm via Zoom.
