I have experience working with adults of all ages carrying a wide range of diagnoses. I work with individuals as well as couples. My specialties are working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, and life transitions of all kinds. I am dedicated to tailoring a treatment plan specific to the needs of the individual or couple. I am also flexible and understanding of changes that may come up during our work, and always willing to change up our plan to reflect this. We work collaboratively on these goals while utilizing open and clear communication about our progress.
I practice with an eclectic style: a CBT framework while incorporating ideas from existentialism, humanism, DBT, family systems, person centered therapy, general wellness, psychoeducation when appropriate, and mindfulness. I incorporate a strengths-based approach as well, meaning I help clients discover and build upon their personal strengths.
