My experience with evidence-based models provides me with a framework for treating an array of mental health and family issues and has taught me to be goal-oriented and outcome-driven. It's important to me that my clients feel relief quickly, whether it be through skill building, shifting a family dynamic or processing the root of the problem-the core conflict-that sustains the problematic feelings and behaviors.
