ATTN: Only available Mondays between 1pm and 5pm and Thursdays at 2pm. I specialize in working with folks who have experienced sexual and interpersonal/relationship trauma (i.e., domestic violence, complex trauma) and who are interested in engaging in deeper work to feel liberated from the impact of these experiences and pursue a more empowered sense of self. I also work with folks who are struggling with depression, anxiety, attachment and relational issues, and chronic illness. I work to help clients realize their own autonomy in their healing process and reclaim their own innate strengths and power.
I have 7 years of experience working with survivors of gender-based violence and trauma. I am EMDR trained and trauma-informed in my approach to facilitate a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to process your experiences. My approach is informed by your pace and consent because I understand how intimidating it can be to confront vulnerable topics.
I aim to form a therapeutic relationship where you can feel safe and authentic so that you can feel empowered to grow. Please feel free to reach out to me if you're looking for a balance of support and therapeutic challenge in a space where your vulnerability and story will be honored and heard.
