Daily routines and simple tasks can sometimes feel like a power struggle with children. You have tried everything to only experience temporary or no success. Parent-Child Interactive Therapy PCIT benefits families by acquiring skills to increase positive interactions and ability to regulate emotions when facing stressors and challenges. I enjoy helping parents regain confidence in themselves as daily routines become easier and your child builds trusting, healthy boundaries. PCIT treatment, generally, is best for kids ages 2-7yrs.

I also love working with teens and young adults who desire an increased sense of control within their life. Clients are able to explore what is important to them and create meaningful goals to improve ability to navigate life challenges, manage mood, and increase overall self-esteem. I like to bring humor and a sense of relatability into sessions when I can.

I believe building a trusting relationship with each individual takes time and understanding of how stressors are experienced from their perspective. Achieving the change that is desired takes vulnerability, trust, and collaboration to reach your goals together. I strive to provide a safe space for each of my clients to do so.
