I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in depression, trauma, anxiety and life changes. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including CBT, DBT, EMDR and mindfulness to help my clients heal and reach their goals. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults and families.
