My hope is that you’ll feel comfortable with me to work through whatever is going on in your life; whether you are a child, teen, or adult struggling with anxiety, depression, self-worth, grief/loss, or stress. I work with couples, families, and individuals to help them focus energy on solving problems, being understood, and feeling peace in life. As a former social worker and someone who has worked with neurodivergent children and teens, and queer individuals, I bring a breadth of knowledge and experience that can be helpful for many families, couples, and individuals.
My training in modalities includes systemic family therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, Structural Therapy, and TFCBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
I place a high value on authenticity and meaningful connections with those that I work with. I am a warm, compassionate, client-led, and trauma informed clinician.
