I especially enjoy working with older teens and young adult women. I enjoy working with women who are struggling with symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder and Bipolar Disorder. I also work with anxiety, depression, self esteem problems, and a wide variety of others issues.
My approach to counseling is primarily based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am currently learning a lot about attachment styles. I have a person centered approach. I work with clients to determine the best form of treatment, and believe that building a collaborative relationship with my clients is a huge part of a successful process.
My passion is working with women to help them meet their full potential. I struggled for years in relationships and in my relationship with myself. I feel that I am in a place to help other women on their journey. Let's work together to build the life you have always wanted.
