Loss, trauma, and other life changes can completely shift the path in which we’d imagined for ourselves leading to feelings of despair, isolation, and hopelessness. You may be wondering how you'll ever feel like yourself again or how you'll navigate this new terrain. We will develop a plan to navigate through what is and what that which was and through the darkness and despair we can also find glimmers of light, hope, and goodness. Life can be truly bittersweet as we how hold both sorrow and joy simultaneously to create a rich, meaningful life, remaining connected to those we love and that which is truly important to us.
Kaitlyn is an LCSW-R and certified grief educator. She has extensive experience working with both acute and chronic mental health issues relating to anxiety, chronic and/or terminal illness, bereavement/grief, loss including relationships, careers, and other life changes, as well as stress management and overall wellness.
