I want to help you approach emotions with curiosity and gentleness. Viewing behavior, thoughts, and feelings as techniques adapted to help us survive, we begin to move towards a place of acceptance. I want you to live a life free from emotional suffering, feeling stable in all areas of life.
During the 10+ years working with individuals, groups, and support systems, I have helped people along their journey of healing by increasing understanding and acceptance of themselves and others. I work with adults who experience trauma,anxiety/depression, mood disorders, personality changes, life transitions, and dissociation.
I use various modalities to fit the need of each person, including EMDR, Flash and CPT. I continue to educate myself on cutting edge research to ensure my clients have the best treatment outcomes. I look forward to the privilege of walking alongside you as you take this journey.
