I am passionate about working with children (ages 5+) and adolescents who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, life changes, school functioning, social engagement, and self esteem. I also enjoy working with college aged women who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, or difficulty navigating emerging adulthood. I consider it a privilege to play a role in supporting individuals and families as they move through challenges, experience new insights, and grow in their areas of need.
As I meet with clients I largely utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, play therapy, and attachment based interventions. Depending on the need, I may also work with their parents concurrently to support them in their efforts to better understand and respond to their child in a way that encourages growth and connection with one another
I offer a warm and supportive environment for clients and provide practical ways to practice skills outside of the therapy office.
