As a Mental Health Counselor, I have specific experience working with eating disorders. I have worked with clients in both higher levels of care and outpatient settings. Many people know that they want change, but they are unsure how to make that change a reality, and that's where our work comes in. In addition, our sessions will focus on the whole person, which includes discussing areas involving: anxiety, depression, family and relational dynamics, self-defeating behaviors, and other challenges that might be making it difficult for you to reach your goals.
I offer online therapy sessions, to residents of Washington and Oregon, through a secure HIPAA compliant software program. Online therapy allows you flexibility in scheduling and to have sessions from the comfort of your home.
