I take an integrative, experiential, and functional approach to healing while utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities that encourage healing at the root level with self-nurturing, self-reliance, and finding the delicate balance between acceptance versus change. I am a certified ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) Therapist.
