I utilize evidence-based therapies including EMDR, IFS, and CBT.
I have experience working in hospice and palliative care, bereavement, and other medical settings. My focus lies in guiding individuals through challenges such as grief and loss, life transitions, feelings of isolation, self-esteem, and trauma. I am EMDR trained and trauma informed and am a board-certified music therapist.
My practice prioritizes inclusivity and affirmation for all genders, sexual orientations, and identities.
