I enjoy helping clients use their strengths to address their challenges, to empower them to be the best version of themselves. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe to openly express themselves, so they can process their experiences that contribute to the pain and obstacles in their life. I believe it’s crucial to be compassionate and validate clients in their present stage of life, suffering, and healing. By honoring their experiences and adversity, while also gently challenging them, this can foster their personal growth and healing.
I am a therapist who primarily uses techniques of cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and mindfulness. I’ve found these techniques to be helpful for clients as they process their thoughts and emotions to cope with their symptoms, improve how they’re feeling, and change their behaviors.
