I also work with individuals who are experiencing issues with ADHD, communication inconsistencies, family and relationship dynamics, confidence/body image/self esteem. I am a hands on therapist as I like to end sessions with strategies and ideas to foster growth and confidence in what you’re working towards.
My counseling experiences began in higher education facilities, where I learned the importance of being present and supportive for my clients and their needs. I take on a holistic approach and believe in the effects of self care and preservation. I practice with Person Centered techniques which emphasizes a nonjudgmental, safe and nurturing environment.
