As a therapist, I take a very humanistic and person-centered approach, and I love helping others recognize their self-worth. I utilize techniques from a variety of treatment approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, a therapy primarily utilized to aid those who are living with symptoms of trauma.
