My specialization is in trauma treatment, integrating painful experiences and growing beyond the difficult things that have happened to us. I help clients to befriend their nervous system rather than fighting against it. I am also a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, am poly-affirming, and have experience with writing letters for gender affirming care.
