Ollie Gibson-Lavell, LCSW Ollie Gibson-Lavell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Washington who has been practicing since 2022. Ollie believes in focusing on the positive aspects of your reality as you creatively engage with the challenges of daily life. She utilizes a humanist, integrative, solution focus, trauma-informed approach to enhance the daily living experience of those impacted with Co-Occurring Disorders (Mental Health and SUD and other Disorders) and their families. Outside of work, Ollie enjoys engaging with others and watching plants and butterflies transform on their journey.

Adam Hall is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington who has been practicing since 2016. He has earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degree in Professional Counseling. Adam works with teens, individuals, and couples to navigate through the storms of life and relationships. This could be the relationship you have with yourself, parent and child relationships, or romantic partnerships. His previous experience includes working with teens from foster care, working in community mental health, and faith-based counseling.

We offer individual, family, and group counseling, in addition to weekly Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient substance use group sessions. We are a certified as a Deferred Prosecution Treatment agency for DUI and offer Alcohol & Drug Education School (ADES) on Saturdays, in addition to drug screening. We are a certified Domestic Violence Intervention Treatment provider. We accept most insurance. We place a high value on individualized treatment and care.

During our therapy settings we organize our sessions based on the child and family’s goals and motivations. Working together we find a wide variety of interventions to help them improve their everyday experience and meet the objective at hand. We identity road blocks, map what success looks like and trouble shoot together as a team using a combination of science supported, therapeutic art practices and talk therapy.
