Hi! I’m Deb. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counseling Associate and a postpartum doula. I have experience primarily working with children and adolescents and specialize working with a postpartum and perinatal population who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma.

As a licensed mental health clinician, I am here to help you achieve personal empowerment in all areas of your life. I will help guide you in addressing issues that may be present in your life, that you feel, might be holding you back from reaching your goals. It is a great privilege to be entrusted with the sacred work of helping individuals navigate life's issues. I am passionate about working with older teens as they make their way into the world and adults as they build healthy, successful lives. I partners with clients who struggle with unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem /or ADHD. My goals is to help them process their past, gain coping skills, and find a new perspective on the way to healing and inner peace. I provide a lot is a lot of psychoeducation and vocabulary as I have found that sometimes clients (to no fault of their own) just don’t have the words to describe what is causing the distress. I love to utilize EMDR to help process hopefully resolve the distress

Maggie has experience working with all ages from toddlers to adults. She has spent time working in private practice, a community mental health agency and in an inpatient drug and alcohol facility providing counseling and group therapy in the Spokane area. Maggie believes that counseling can be used in a variety of ways to help clients and their families utilize strengths, accomplish goals, gain empowerment, as well as achieve growth and positive change. Maggie views her counselor role as a guide for clients to assist them in accomplishing a positive outcome from treatment.
