In therapy, we address the struggles we see in our lives in the context of a supportive relationship. I use a humanistic approach that incorporates attachment theory, CBT, and family systems. My clients come to therapy experiencing a variety of difficulties including the impacts of PTSD/trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, substance use, and relationship struggles.
