My name is Kailyn Haberman, I have experience and training helping individuals through eating disorders, trauma & PTSD, depression, and anxiety, as well as experience working with a wide range of psychological concerns, including self-esteem issues, self-harm behaviors, body dysmorphia, perfectionism, and life transitions.
I have a Master of Social Work and am working toward full licensure through continued training and supervision. I believe in an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from various theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices.
I am committed to providing a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and work towards healing and growth. By utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, I strive to empower individuals to develop healthier coping strategies, enhance their self-esteem, and achieve a sense of overall wellbeing.
