Have you found your life to be unmanageable? Are you dealing with symptoms of depression, anxiety, using substances more than before, relationship or communication troubles, work issues, coping with a loss or a family member with addiction issues, or other phase of life stressors? I want to help you have better quality of life and feel better by learning new coping strategies for your concerns and express yourself effectively.
