I believe that communication is key to all relationships and like to help individuals learn ways to verbalize their feelings, needs, and wants to others as well as setting boundaries.
I like to help people to improve their self-confidence and dig deeper into who they are as an individual. I enjoy focusing on ways that physical and mental health are related and assist my clients in learning ways to be more present. I think it is important to address and process past experiences in order to move forward.
