I specialize in supporting highly sensitive women with anxiety and depression. In my practice, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space for you to safely explore your story and your past. By connecting with your body, we can heal past wounds and uncover your inner strengths. I specialize in an integrative, trauma-informed, holistic wellness approach. My goal is to empower you and help you connect with your story, body, relationships, and values. Bringing the body into therapy is both powerful and kind. I work with trauma, spiritual abuse, body image issues, and perinatal mental health concerns.
I believe that healing begins with trust, empathy, and authenticity. In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative approach focused on you & your nervous system. We'll work together to identify patterns, develop coping strategies, and cultivate resilience utilizing bottom-up therapies like EMDR, somatic work, IFS, yoga, expressive art and breath-work.
I am a therapist, health educator and HAES-aligned clinical health coach and offer a holistic and integrative model of healing in my work with clients. Please reach out if this sounds like a good fit for you. I am a LGBTQ+ allied and affirming, non-religious, and sex-positive provider.
