I utilize many different methods with clients during sessions (art therapy, narrative therapy, trauma focused therapy, positive psychology, videos, worksheets, etc.) Change does take work but it can happen! I sometimes give homework to help my clients achieve their goals.I mainly work with adults and adolescents (13+) as individuals and as couples (couples counseling includes a guardian/parent and adolescent minor,
