I specialize in treating teens, adults, and families who have been affected by trauma. I use a variety of modalities including neuropsychology, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Therapy. I treat a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. I also have experience working with individuals diagnosed with special needs and their family members as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
While I treat various forms of mental illness, my specialization is in treating individuals who suffer from symptoms of trauma. I focus on fostering mind-body balance through integrating practical skills with talk therapy and body based trauma work. I provide neuropsych education to help clients understand how trauma impacts the brain and nervous system.
