I'm a trauma certified counselor who utilizes multiple modalities to fit the needs of each client. In our one-on-one sessions, you'll find a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we'll work towards understanding your challenges, uncovering your strengths, and creating personalized strategies for growth.
